Happy Monday June 21, 2021!

Reminders:

We have spirit days every Friday this month!

Friday June 25 is Hawaiian day! (Hawaiian shirts and skirts for the win!)

We also have our Pillars of Care awards this Friday morning from 8:30-10.

June 25 Is the last day of school! 

Tomorrow is the rapid screening testing for Covid 19 at our school. Permission forms were sent home for students on Friday. If you would like your child to participate you must return the form by tomorrow morning. 

This week in room 5:

LA: 

-Finishing the BFG novel

-Thursday we will be watching the BFG movie!

-Reading to someone

-Reflecting on our year through a memory book-Students will fill in the pages of the book throughout the week!

Math

-Games, games and board games!

-We are keeping this week fun and we will be playing different games each day.

Art

-We are working on some different art projects throughout the week! 

-We are making some graffiti take home folders

-Perler bead art

Social

-Medicine wheels- to learn about the how the mind, body, spirit and emotions are all connected!

I cannot believe there are only four days left! 

Lets work together to finish out the year!
